Position Title: Real Estate Salesperson

We are seeking ambitious and dedicated Real Estate Professionals who have a passion for helping clients navigate the property market. We offer a $5,000 bursary to any new agent currently enrolled in, or planning to undertake, the Nova Scotia Salesperson Real Estate Licensing Course.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Real Estate Salesperson with Air Realty, you will facilitate smooth real estate transactions, support our clients, and build strong relationships in the community. Your responsibilities will encompass:

1. Servicing Air Realty leads (5-15 leads per month)
2. Negotiating property sales to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
3. Participating in team meetings and training sessions
4. Maintaining strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer competitive commission splits with the potential to earn your way to a 90/10 split. Our attractive package also includes:

1. No monthly desk fees

Requirements:

1. A valid Real Estate License, or plans to complete the Nova Scotia Real Estate Course.
