Joshua Svec has been involved in real estate since 2009. During his Masters in Coaching at the University of Western Ontario Joshua purchased a triplex property, lived in the basement and rented out the top two units. That was when his passion for real estate kicked into high gear. Since then, he’s been involved in multiple aspects of the real estate industry including investing, property management, development and sales.
